  • Activities which contribute to human happiness and dignity


  • Well-being of animals


  • Alleviation of poverty in all its forms


  • Those working to make a difference in our community or to our earth including reduction of waste, resources and rehabilitation projects
Where possible Leaning Tree strives to avoid associations and funds that support:
  • Blatant pollution of land, air or water


  • Destruction or waste of non-renewable resources


  • Extraction, creation, production, manufacture or marketing of products, goods or services which have a harmful effect on humans, animals or the environment


  • Exploitation of people though the payment of low wages or poor working conditions


  • Discrimination by way of race, religion or sex


  • Inhibition of human rights


  • Marketing, promotion or advertising of products and services in a misleading or deceitful manner
