Leaning Tree Steiner School is an independent school, governed by a Governing Body and operated daily by an Executive Management Team, which is egalitarian in nature, not hierarchical.

Further to this, our dedicated teaching staff forms part of the College of Teachers, which is the beating heart of the school as an organisation; the engine room of our school.
